If you were to walk into a French bakery in Paris and ask for a loaf of sourdough, this is what they'd hand you! This is Pain De Campagne or "Cottage Bread"! It's a blend of white and whole wheat with sourdough starter as it's leavening agent, Olive oil and French grey sea salt! A very fluffy iterior with a perfect amount of chew and it's sourdough flavor on the back of the tongue. This is a delicious bread with subtle flavor! This is our first 100% sourdough loaf and it is a superb one! Baked as boule unless requested!
